An online survey, community of practice dialogue forum, and regional focus groups provided the vehicles for collaboration with the key stakeholders who informed this project. In the spirit of the BCLA s transformation into a learning community, the research findings have been categorized under organizational culture, volunteer culture, learning community and community leadership topics.
